Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Molten Prints. Because every item we sell is made-to-order in our UK workshop, we've put together this policy so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands on your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Every Molten Prints order is custom 3D printed for you after purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to print, finish, and carefully package your order before it is dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

For larger or particularly complex prints, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we'll be in touch by email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier we use depends on the size and weight of your item:

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, with typical delivery within 2-3 business days of dispatch.

Larger items are sent via Evri or InPost, with typical delivery within 2-4 business days of dispatch.

All orders include tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels

We package every order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (where possible) photos of any damage.

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement print or a refund.

A parcel is generally only considered lost by the carrier after a set waiting period (typically 10 working days for Royal Mail and Evri). We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If you're not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels that are not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us.

If an order is returned to sender because it could not be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
