Where is my order?
Everything is made after you order, and the making time is shown on each product page. You get a note the day it is posted, with tracking where the service includes it. If that date has passed, send us your order number and we will look straight away.
Can I change the personalisation?
Yes, as long as we have not started making it. Message us with the order number and the new wording as soon as you can.
Do you take custom work?
We do. Small design and print jobs, from one-off parts to short runs. See the custom services page for what to send us.
