How it's made

Made when you order it

Nothing sits on a shelf. Each piece is printed or laser-cut after you order, checked by hand, and posted from our workshop. That is why a name sign can carry any name, and why the flame on our mark is never quite out.

How long does an order take?

Everything is made after you order. The current making time is shown on each product page, and you will get a note when it is posted.

Can I check the personalisation before it is made?

Yes. If anything in your text looks unusual we will message you before making it. You can also add a note at checkout.

What are things made from?

Printed pieces are PLA, a plant-based plastic. Laser-cut pieces are birch plywood or MDF. Each product lists its material.
