At Molten Prints, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below you will find details of our return policy, including special conditions for personalised 3D-printed items. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
We accept returns for non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If you prefer, we can offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Personalised or Customised 3D Prints
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised or customised 3D-printed products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damage: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
- Quality Issues: If there is a clear defect or error in the product that deviates from the specifications agreed upon during the order process.
If you believe your personalised product meets these criteria, please contact us at support@ within 30 days of delivery. Be prepared to provide:
- Your order number.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or quality issue.
After reviewing your claim, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Note: Personalisation errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. Please double-check all customisation details before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Products that are altered or modified by the customer after delivery.
